Attention Employees: To help reduce potential email problems, the District and colleges will be implementing mailbox size quotas. The size limit for faculty and staff mailboxes is 250 MB. This will include your Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, Sent Items, Deleted Items and any folders you create in Exchange. A warning email will be sent by the Office of Technology Services (OTS) with special instructions, if your mailbox size is over the limit (200 MB). If you are over the 250 MB limit, you will not be able to send or receive emails until you reduce the size of your Exchange email folder. For assistance with your Exchange email folder, please contact the helpdesk at 486-0777 or email sac-helpdesk@alamo.edu .

Dear Employees, Please be advised that all Dell printers currently under warranty are highly recommended to use Dell toner. Our experience tells us that “non-Dell toner” will eventually cause trouble at some point because so many shortcuts are taken to produce it at a lower cost. Should a “non-Dell” toner cause any damage to your printer, the warranty will be void. To avoid this possibility, please use Dell toner for your Dell printers. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us at 486-0777 or send an email to sac-helpdesk@alamo.edu. As always, we are here to serve your technical needs. Thank you.
